We do not ask for government ID numbers, payment card numbers, or other sensitive financial account information as part of our assessment.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to understand your family’s care needs, connect you with home care and senior living providers who may be a good fit, and follow up with you by phone, text, or email about your care options. We may also use it to improve our services. There is never a cost to families for using FindMyNextStep.

We share your information with care providers we identify as a potential match, so they can follow up with you directly about their services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use third-party tools to operate our website and manage inquiries. These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

Contacting us is never a condition of receiving guidance. You may ask us to stop contacting you, correct your information, or request that we delete your information at any time by emailing info@findmynextstep.com.
